The following scans are news items and reviews from the UK press covering the rumours that Dave was planning a post-Nirvana band, right up until the release of the debut album. It makes for interesting reading, from the mistakes and inaccuracies when reviewing the demo tape to Kerrang's review of the first UK gig being more concerened with Dave's toilet than the music (and the journalist responsible is now the editor of Q). Some of these magazines are still around (Q, Kerrang!, NME) and some of them aren't (Vox, Raw, Melody Maker).
